Steven is instrumental in developing and executing strategies to drive rapid commercialization. Nelson oversees Dario’s global commercial activites, including growth strategy, sales, client management, marketing, strategic partnerships, and expansion into new markets. Steven brings over two decades of experience building and scaling technology-centric healthcare companies. Most recently, Nelson served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Contigo Health, a multi-faceted collaborator for healthcare providers, plans, and employers. During his tenure at Contigo Health, he led the company to revenue scale and turned the business to profitability, managed over 75 clients in the portfolio, and established several national and regional health plan partnerships as well as employer relationships. Before his role at Contigo, Nelson served as the Chief Operating Officer of Anthem Inc.’s Diversified Business Group. There, he played a pivotal role in the “One Anthem” transformation initiative that developed strategic business plans resulting in a $7 billion run-rate revenue.

Tomer is an experienced entrepreneur who has held the top leadership position at several companies, successfully steering them from inception through rapid growth. Previously, Tomer was the Co-Founder and CEO of Oberon Media, a leading casual gaming company providing for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Microsoft, Yahoo and Sprint. Prior to Oberon, Tomer was the Co-Founder and President of RichFx, an e-commerce startup that provided visual merchandising technologies to top retailers. He graduated cum laude from Tel Aviv University with a B.Sc. in Computer Science, and served as an IDF officer for seven years.

Keren is responsible for growing Twill’s product portfolio. An entrepreneur with many years of experience building online consumer products from concept to success, she has developed and managed digital solutions that balance a customer-centric approach with revenue goals. Keren served as an executive at Shopping.com, Quigo.com Israel, and Oberon Media, where she focused on building a casual games toolbar business. Previously, she founded Personali, an Intelligent Incentives platform enabling retailers and brands to perform precision targeting of shoppers with personalized incentives, accelerating sales growth, optimizing profitability, and increasing customer loyalty. The company operated worldwide with leading names in the industry and drove over $2.5B in revenue growth and profitability for its customers using sophisticated machine learning algorithms combined with behavioral economics infused engagements.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Mona is responsible for establishing and executing regulatory and clinical strategies for digital therapeutics and maintaining the FDA and ISO 13485 coompliant quality management systems. She has over 10 years of experience in research and development, regulatory affairs, manufactoring, and quality systems in digital health, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, companion diagnostics, and pharmaceutical products. Her FDA regulatory experience spans the development of analytics and clinical trial protocols, Pre-Submissions, IDEs, DE Novo PMAs, and 510(k)s. She has led numerous successful product submissions in E.U., Japan, Australia, Russia, and Brazil, among other countries.

Omar is one of the world’s leading experts on behavior change. He is keen on behavior change in chronic disease, and his career is characterized by developing, piloting, and commercializing scalable solutions that drive durable behavior change. As Chief Medical Officer at Dario, Omar is responsible for clinical solutions and provides visible external and internal leadership. In his role, he conducts clinical research, vets clinical partnerships, and sets clinical product and sales strategies to drive clinical and financial outcomes. Previous roles include Chief Medical Officer of Catasys (now OnTrak, Nasdaq: OTRK) and Medical Director at Hazelden. He has an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, an M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and served as Executive Chief Resident in Psychiatry at Duke University. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and is board-certified in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Medical Management. He is the recipient of numerous awards and the author of several publications, including the best-selling book Craving: Why We Can’t Seem to Get Enough.

Brian is a veteran healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience overseeing commercial sales, client success, marketing and business development in digital health, wellbeing and health plan organizations. Prior to joining Dario, Brian previously held leadership roles at HealthAdvocate, HealthFitness, and UPMC Health Plan. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Political Science from Duquesne University and a Masters of Art degree in Communication from Duquesne University. In his role with Dario, Brian is responsible for leading the expansion of Dario’s integrated digital health solutions in the employers and health plan markets.

Josh Fischer serves as Senior Vice President of Operations, leading commercial all critical business operation areas at DarioHealth. Josh brings over 15 years in public company experience that includes leading efforts dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery through strategic planning and the execution of innovative solutions. Josh brings a wide experience of leadership and scaling business strategies that includes strategic account management, regulatory governance, risk mitigation, corporate compliance, and contract negotiations. Josh excels at building teams focused on operational excellence in order to scale business growth efficiently and effectively.

Tom leads Dario’s information security strategy and related programs ensuring compliance with HiTrust, SOC 2, SOX, and FDA requirements. His team is dedicated to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer and corporate data. Tom has a proven track record in information security risk management, security architecture, security engineering and security operations. He also leads Dario’s corporate IT department, integrating security measures to support business operations efficiently. Previously, Tom held information security and IT leadership roles at companies ranging from startups to large enterprises in healthcare (CVS Health, Adapt Health, Intarcia Therapeutics), telecom (British Telecom) and finance (Boston Stock Exchange). Tom holds a BS in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a MBA from Babson.

Tiffany oversees global content development and strategy across Dario’s products. Her team collaborates with leading scientific experts to create engaging digital experiences that help people improve their mental health and manage their chronic conditions. Previously, Tiffany led content strategy for Happify, which was named a best mental health app by CNBC, Forbes, Healthline, and more. She also held digital editorial leadership roles at the Oprah Winfrey Network, Hearst, and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A in Psychology.

Dennis Matheis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sentara Health. He has spent the past 30 years in senior leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Dennis previously served as Executive Vice President of Sentara Healthcare and President of Sentara Health Plans. Prior to joining Sentara, he spent 13 years in leadership roles at Anthem, Inc. Matheis serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce – Team Virginia and DarioHealth. He also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). Matheis earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant before entering the healthcare industry. Dennis M. McGrath has been a director of our company since November 12, 2013. Mr. McGrath is a seasoned medical device industry executive with extensive public company leadership experience possessing a broad range of skills in corporate finance, business development, corporate strategy, operations and administration. After an 18-year career at PhotoMedex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHMD), he joined PAVmed, Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM, PAVMZ), a multi-product, commercial stage, medical technology company in 2017 and presently serves as its President and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, upon the IPO of PAVmed’s majority owned subsidiary, Lucid Diagnostics, Inc. (Nasdaq: LUCD) he was appointed its Chief Financial Officer. Previously, from 2000 to 2017 Mr. McGrath served in several senior level positions of PhotoMedex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHMD), a global manufacturer and distributor of medical device equipment and services, including from 2011 to 2017 as director, President, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to PhotoMedex’s reverse merger with Radiancy, Inc. in December 2011, he also served as Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2011 and served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2009. He received honors as a P.A.C.T. (Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technology) finalist for the 2011 Investment Deal of the Year, award winner for the SmartCEO Magazine 2012 CEO of the Year for Turnaround Company, and finalist for the Ernst & Young 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year. During his tenure at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he began his career, he became a Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and he holds a B.S., maxima cum laude, in accounting from LaSalle University. Mr. McGrath presently serves as a director, and audit chair of several medical device companies, including Citius Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: CTXR), Biovector, Inc. and as a founding member and director from its inception in 2014 until 2024, Cagent Vascular, Inc. Formerly from 2007 to 2009, Mr. McGrath served as a director of Embrella Cardiovascular, Inc. (sold to Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, NYSE: EW). He also serves as the Chairman of Board of Trustees for Manor College. We believe Mr. McGrath is qualified to serve on our Board of Directors because of his accounting expertise and his experiences serving as an officer and director of public and private companies.

Hila Karah is a managing partner of Pitango HealthTech VC. She is an experienced life science professional, skilled Investor, business development, entrepreneurship, financing, venture capital, strategy, corporate governance and strategic partnerships. In addition to her role in Pitango VC, she serves as a member of multiple Boards of Directors. Prior to Pitango VC, she served as Chief Investment Officer of Eurotrust Ltd., a family office, where she focused primarily on investments in life science, internet and high-tech companies. Prior to joining Eurotrust, Hila served as a senior analyst at Perceptive Life Sciences, a New York-based hedge fund. Prior to her position at Perceptive, she was a research analyst at Oracle Partners, a healthcare-focused hedge fund. She holds a B.A. in molecular and cell biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has studied at the UCSB – UCSF Joint Medical Program.

Adam K. Stern is the CEO of SternAegis Ventures and has been the Head of Private Equity Banking at Aegis Capital Corp. since 2012. Mr. Stern has been a FINRA licensed securities broker since 1987 and a Registered General Securities Principal since 1991. He has been a founding investor in numerous private and public companies and has been a member of the board of directors of Dario Health Corp since March of 2020.

Arnaud Robert is a global, strategic, and impact-driven leader with extensive experience in leading digital transformations, launching large-scale digital experiences, and growing digital businesses. He has worked in sex industries – including at Viking Cruises, Disney, Nike, and Sanofi. He was voted Business Transformation Top 150 in 2022 and Top 100 Global CDOs in 2022 and 2023. Arnaud holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Swiss Institute of Technology and has authored over 30 patents.

Marilyn Ritholz, PhD, is a Senior Psychologist at Joslin Diabetes Center. She treats adults and adolescents with diabetes. In addition, she supervises staff in their clinical work. Dr. Ritholz also is on the faculty at Boston Children's Hospital and teaches about conducting clinical supervision with psychology trainees. Dr. Ritholz is an experienced qualitative researcher who has conducted qualitative studies using both in-depth interviews and focus groups. She collaborated with Dr. Weinger on qualitative research exploring the patient-provider relationship and also provider communication about diabetes complications; she has published several qualitative articles on these topics. She also collaborated with Dr. Howard Wolpert and has published qualitative research exploring psychosocial factors associated with diabetes technology. Presently, Dr. Ritholz is collaborating with Joslin's Dr. Elena Toschi on a qualitative study of Continuous Glucose Monitoring as well as the multi-site Hypoglycemia Awareness Restoration Program (HARP).

Jon is a core member of BCG's strategy and healthcare practices, leading the healthcare practice in Nashville and driving transformation initiatives for the future of healthcare in the U.S. and globally. With over six years on BCG's global healthcare leadership council and as the Americas practice leader for healthcare services, Jon's expertise spans payers, providers, digital health, analytics, AI, and technology platforms. He has a deep understanding of market forces, care delivery, payment models, and consumer experience. Jon has also testified before the U.S. Congress on Medicare performance. His prior experience includes senior roles at Accenture, Diamond (PwC), and Ernst & Young. He holds degrees from Cornell University, the University of Pittsburgh, and an executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Jon serves on several boards, including Dario Health and Quorum Health, and has significant experience in private equity and venture capital.
